WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship to locations in the UK using Royal Mail Signed For services, so your order should be with you shortly after receiving your dispatch email, depending on which shipping you have selected when placing your order. Please do let us know if your order is urgent and we can then discuss the quickest option to dispatch your item(s).

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOU?
Yes you can. We are based on the A36 between Warminster and Salisbury. If you need to know a more precise location, please use the contact form and we will get back to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:-

Personalized products (due to resale restrictions)​

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?
Yes of course! Please let us know in the notes/comments box at checkout and we will add some extra special magic (and we will leave out the printed invoice, which you receive an emailed copy of).

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the UK currently.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY ORDER?
We recommend you always handle your items with care as they are handmade and some of the items are fragile.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
As we sell a variety of different products, each item will provide information regarding the materials used within the description for that product.

WHEN WOULD I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
All payments must be taken on completion of the order, please allow 3-5 days for the payment to show in your bank account (this varies depending on your payment provider).

ARE YOUR EARRINGS HYPOALLERGENIC?
Yes, all of our silver and gold earring hooks and findings are hypoallergenic. Unfortunately, our bronze earring hooks aren't, due to different metals in the earring hooks.
